1988-2003 Apple Computer
Apple Computer is a major global PC hardware and software manufacturer. Its major brands include Macintosh computers and iPod MP3 personal players. Apple is the single largest supplier of UNIX through its MacOS X operating system. It has worldwide annual sales of US$6 billion, with Europe contributing US$1.4 billion.

2001-2003 European Internet Services Business Manager, Apple Computer Europe
• Reported directly to the General Manager of Apple Europe
• Charged with defining, setting up and implementing a new European ISP revenue stream
• Managed a Europe-wide team (matrix-managed) – 17 countries
• Defined, presented and agreed business plan for European implementation to Euro board
• Sourced and negotiated contract/relationship with third party Euro ISP business partners
• Liased closely with USA HQ at senior VP level due to strategic nature of project
• Coordinated and defined PR/marketing activities for European launch of the business
